Tom is an experienced lawyer and Company Secretary having worked in the federal government, private practice in Australia, the UK and Japan and in-house with many major financial institutions. His experience includes:
- Australian Ethical a listed investment manager and superannuation trustee (ASX:AEF); and
- UniSuper Limited a major profit for member superannuation fund.
During Tom’s time as a member of AEF’s Senior Leadership Team it transformed into Australia’s preeminent ethical investor. His time with UniSuper saw significant improvements to it’s governance.
