Shelina works alongside the Working Groups Manager to deliver strategic projects aligned with RIAA’s organisational priorities, driving initiatives that support the growth and effectiveness of the industry. She is responsible for the seamless coordination and delivery of the Working Groups program. She plays a pivotal role in arranging senior industry speakers for Working Group meetings and collaborates closely with RIAA members to support the development of key outputs, including guides, toolkits, and reports. She is also accountable for managing end-to-end logistics of RIAA’S Working Group sessions, from preparing meeting papers to ensuring timely project deliverable and maintaining program governance.

Shelina is in her final semester of a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics and Finance at The University of Melbourne and prior to this role, she gained experience through an operations role at a startup and contributed to modern slavery projects within procurement.
